Welcome everyone to my new blog! This blog has been set up to keep all of my friends and family updated on my two year journey of living in Chuuk, Micronesia with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. For the past four years I have attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio and can truly say that it impacted my life in ways I cannot comprehend. I never thought I would do anything like this going into college, but coming out with a Jesuit education, I can't imagine doing service.
Though I am new to the 'blogging' experience, I plan on using this throughout my time in Micronesia to update and reflect on my experiences. I know this will not only be eye-opening, but life changing on my other immersion experiences have been. I know that the impacts these two years will make on me will last a lifetime and I am very excited to get the journey started.
I hope my insights and experiences will help you stay connected with me while I am across the world. I am very blessed to have such wonderful family and friends in my life and I look forward to staying connected and in touch with many of you.
